Cooking Method

Recipe

  • Add 1 pack (130g) of chicken chops, half a ladle of Dakgalbi Sauce (60g), sliced onion, square cabbage, (Cheongyang red pepper), and a little water.
  • Add water little by little to prevent the seasoning from burning.
  • Once cooked, add sliced green onion and stir-fry with cooking oil.
  • Cooked Dakgalbi on rice (170g), salad lightly sprinkled with oriental sauce, and fried eggs. Serve with side dishes.
  • 치킨촙깍두기 1팩(130g), 고추장만능소스 반국자(60g), 편썬 양파, 네모난 양배추, (청양고추)를 넣고 물을 조금 넣는다.
  • 양념이 타지 않게 물을 조금씩 보충한다.
  • 다 익으면 송송 썬 대파를 넣고 식용유를 둘러 볶는다.
  • 밥(170g)에 조리한 닭갈비를 올리고, 오리엔탈 소스를 살짝 뿌린 샐러드와 계란후라이를 올려 밑반찬과 함께 나간다.
